3 TIPS ABOUT Public Speaking:
1. Over prepare. The more you know what you want to say during your speech, the less you have to be anxious about.
2. Be calm, cool, and collected - no caffeine or alcohol beforehand. I know that some people feel like they need caffeine and/or alcohol to be at their best. It's time to change this mindset.
3. Settle nerves by focusing on bringing value to the audience - not on yourself. A lot of public speaking anxiety occurs because we focus on ourselves - How do we look. What if we mess up. etc. etc. Get your mind on what you can do for the audience and you will forget about your own insecurities.
