Most people don’t believe that they are capable of dramatically improving their social (and dating) skills. Doing it quickly is definitely out of the question for them. I disagree.
As long as you are sucking air, you can learn to master social skills.
Whether you need help with dating, public speaking, job interviews, or just talking to strangers, everyone can learn to improve.
Let’s face it, the world would be a better place if all of us learned to master our social weaknesses. More work would get done. More problems would get solved. People would generally be happier.
With this in mind, I am taking this problem on as my own personal challenge. I won’t rest until everyone who wants to change can do it. Here are a few tips:
(1) Have a casual mindset in every dating and social situation.
This is the key to success. Too many people take themselves way too seriously. This attitude leads to tension and prevents you from being able to relax and be yourself. Even if things do go horribly wrong, it likely won’t be the end of the world.
