This is the last post of my four-part series called "Easy To Use Mingle Tips From A-Z." I am going to give a tip for each letter of the alphabet. Most of the topics will focus on dating, but many of them can be applied to social situations of all kinds as well.
THIS WEEK: (U-Z)
U--Understand that women are different from men. It is possible to be different but equal. Be a man for goodness sake.
V--Vary your approach comments. Don't try to memorize a certain line to use to start conversations. It is too easy to get caught looking like a phony if you do that. Mix it up. Be casual. If you must use something on a regular basis, I recommend "how are you?"
W--Win if you can. Don't be the guy who lets his girl win whatever game you are playing to try to make her feel better. Be real. Comfort her after the loss if you need to.
X--Xerox a copy of my mingle tips and carry it with you. Okay, I know I am reaching here. But finding an "X" word is hard. Give me a break. I have given you a lot of information on this site, including my list of 101 Mingle Tips. Always good to have a written copy nearby.
Y--Yell as little possible. Learn to have disagreements without raising your voice. Be a civilized member of the human race.
Z--Zip it if you feel like complaining. Keep it to yourself unless it is something serious. Nobody likes a griper.
That does it for this series. Happy mingling.
